A nice additional way to calm your senses. I wish it was a bit stronger smell but even as is it helps you focus on breathing and slowing down for a few seconds.
This is my favorite respiratory blend. It's effective, but gentle on the skin. I can position my face over the diffuser and inhale deeply without having to worry about stinging sensations on my face, as sometimes happens with "hotter" blends.
This is my go-to when I find myself walking into a room saying "why did I come in here"? That stops for me after about 3 days of use.
